Production Foreman

Your Responsibility:

  • Supervise Production Personnel
  • Monitor Safety
  • Manage Employee Schedules
  • Train New Hires
  • Maintain Production Records
  • Continuous Improvement (Lean Management/ 5S)

 Your Profile:

  • Industrial Foreman Metal, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics (Industriemeister)
  • 5 to 7 years´ experience with manufacturing processes and techniques is required, preferably in an OEM manufacturing environment
  • 2 to 4 years’ experience leading teams in a production environment
  • An equivalent combination of the above experience and education will be considered
  • Understanding of both mechanical and electrical assembly process and concepts
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Encourage teamwork and collaboration
  • Grasp complex concepts easily, creative, out-of-the-box thinking and solution driven
  • Demonstrate customer focus, “can do” attitude and continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills, strong computer skills, solid command of the English language

Field Service Technician for International Customer Support

Your Responsibilities:

  • Installation and commissioning of all machine types and machine acceptance at customer sites worldwide
  • Repair, maintenance and upgrades of all RC/EMT machine types at customer sites worldwide
  • Technical troubleshooting, finding pragmatic and creative solutions, active consulting and selling of service products
  • Support customers in applications technology and optimization of production
  • Train customers´ operating/maintenance personnel as well as other RC/EMT field service technicians
  • Support pre-delivery inspection and installation at RC headquarters including Factory Acceptance Test with customer
  • Independent training and updating of new developments through communication with engineering teams

Your Profile:

  • Completed vocational training in a technical profession such as Mechatronics or Electronics
  • Continuing education as a technician, master or engineering degree is a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience in special machine building ideally in international after sales or service, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Extensive knowledge and proficiency in automation technology: deep understanding of mechanical, electric and software processes, including electrical drawings
  • Strong work ethic, with focus on results and continuous improvement
  • Work well under pressure and understand the importance of meeting commitments
  • Willing and able to learn new things in an appropriate time frame
  • Assertiveness and strong communication skills to manage customers, with cultural sensitivity
  • Good command of the English language, valid driver’s license
  • Willing to travel worldwide
